Business Analyst

Documenting and analyzing the required information and data to determine potential solutions from a technical and business perspective
o Assist with triaging client reported issues when required
o Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
o Work with the QA department testing projects as required including documentation of Test Strategies, Test Cases and Test Results
o Work with the various teams (Development, QA, Client Support and Client Services) to ensure delivery to the required specifications as it relates to a specific project
o Provide support to the Development team when required to ensure project requirements are clear and development quality is increased
o Manage the requirements walk-through with Development prior to commencement of coding
o Manage the requirements walk-through with QA prior to commencement of testing
o Participate in Business Requirements Document (BRD) document walkthroughs with clients
o Respond to comments from clients, as well as, updating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) based on comments, where applicable
o Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, charts, and Technical/Functional Specification Document (FSD) to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
o Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
o Understanding technical designs and business specifications
Required Skills Set :
o Strong English Communication both oral and writing Skills
o 4 years relevant (i.e., industry/product) experience.
o Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
o Experience in modeling solutions.
o Experience in analyzing, conceptualizing, and specifying report/dashboard templates.

o Analyzing BRDs
o Creating FSDs
o Coordinating development teams
o Helping testing team to develop test cases.
o Anchoring and driving UATs.
o Experience in Coordination, Planning, and executions.
o Understanding of basics of efforts estimation and Project Management.
o Knowledge on Distributor Management System (DMS) & Sales Force Automation
(SFA).
o Proven Excel knowledge- should be capable of complex data modeling in excel.
o Direct customer facing experience.
