Job Description
Suven Life Sciences Ltd. is looking for QC Chemist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Quality Testing:Perform routine and non-routine quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using established analytical methods
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Instrumentation Operation:Operate and maintain analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and other relevant equipment
- Perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting as needed
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities
- Document and report test results, deviations, and any corrective actions taken
- Data Analysis:Analyze and interpret test data, identifying trends and potential quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related concerns
- Sample Management:Collect, label, and manage samples for testing, ensuring proper storage and traceability
- Coordinate with other departments for sample receipt and distribution
- Quality Assurance:Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits as required
- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control workflow
- Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Training:Provide training to new laboratory personnel and ensure ongoing training for existing staff on quality control procedures
