Job Description
- Suven Life Sciences Ltd is looking for Chemist - R & D: to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Research Project Support:Collaborate with the R&D team to design and conduct experiments to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Execute laboratory work, analyze data, and contribute to project milestones
- Formulation and Process Development:Work on the formulation of new products, optimizing existing formulations, and developing manufacturing processes
- Ensure products meet quality standards and are scalable for production
- Analytical Testing:Conduct various analytical tests using techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and spectroscopy
- Analyze and interpret data, drawing conclusions to guide research directions
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed and organized laboratory records, including experimental procedures, results, and conclusions
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to the generation of patent applications
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs
- Communicate findings and collaborate on product development strategies
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance:Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and upgrades
- Literature Review and Stay Updated:Conduct literature reviews to stay informed about developments in relevant scientific fields
- Attend conferences and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Safety and Compliance:Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
