Walk-in Drive For Relationship Officer / Sr. Relationship Officer

Role & responsibilities

1. Sourcing of Retail liability products - Interaction with different stakeholders like

builders, prospective customers and existing member base.

2. Conduct CPV (Contact point verification) Where in RO should visit each and every

customer at his/her residence/Business to complete the loan applicant formalities.

3. Conduct Customer interaction - Where in RO will gather information from customer and

record the same.

4. Responsible for ensuring the minimum sales target for achievement of Retail Liability Or LAP/HL Mortgage

5. Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.

6. Co-ordination between all support department.

7. Ensuring highest level of customer service delivery.

8. Taking care of all process and related escalation

Other skills required

Good communication skills, Persuasive skills, and marketing and sales skills.

Age: 21-30

Qualification

HSC & above.
