Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
  
• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Contract Labour Act, ESIC, PF, Statutory Compliance etc.
  
• Oversee recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  
• Develop HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (preferably in Constructions Industries).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, Labour Laws, Payroll, PF, ESIC, Statutory Compliance.
