Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PCB Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in PCB testing and root cause analysis (RCA). As a PCB Testing Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our printed circuit boards through rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and optimization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive testing of PCBs to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify defects or failures in PCBs, and recommend corrective actions.

• Work closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to identify potential improvements and resolve issues.

• Utilize testing tools and techniques, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized PCB testing equipment.

• Document test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports on issues and test outcomes.

• Support the development and maintenance of test protocols, test benches, and automation tools.

• Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits and systems to resolve issues effectively.

• Participate in design reviews to provide insights on PCB testing and failure modes.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of testing projects in accordance with product release schedules.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

• Experience: At least 2+ year of hands-on experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
