1. Prepared Cheques & Transaction Slip for Daily Investments.
2. Co-ordination with All Mutual Funds AMC for all Investment related.
3. Co-ordination with Bank for Payment process before Market cutoff.
4. Maintaining Investment Inflow Outflow Registered.
5. Preparing DIS Booklet & Co-ordinating with Broker for processing DIS slip Instructions.

B] KYC:

1. Cor-ordination with Bank for Account Opening , All types of account as well as Demat &

Trading Account of Individual, Companies, Partnership, Trust, HUF, LLP etc.

1. Handling renewal of KYC for Individual, Companies, Partnership, Trust, HUF, LLP, etc of Banks & Brokers.
2. Opening PMS, AIF account for Company & Individual both.
3. Preparing Board Resolution, UBO Declaration, List of Share Holding Pattern, etc documents required at the time of account opening.

C] Management:

1. Preparing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Collecting all Documents of new employee.
2. Helping for maintain sick-absent records, OT records, Daily attendance.

D] Accounts:

1. Bank Reconciliation
2. Preparing Vendors Cheques.
