Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting Group Recognition test (GRT)
• Ensure group guarantee
• Contact point verification (CPV)
• House hold Income and expenses assessment
• Identifying risk involved
• Assessing creditworthiness and the risks involved
• Ensure all required documents
• Ensure application and other related documents is properly filled and copies collected
• Documents original seen verification
• Mobile number verification
• Ensure the purpose of the loan
• Reviewing loan requests and planning payment setups
• Interviewing clients to get the necessary information for the loan application.
• Ensure no 3rd party involvement in the center
• Ensure no agent involvement in the center
• Ensure no additional cost charged from the customer (no commission)
• Customers house verification and ensuring the credit policies
• Loan agreement filling and signing at the branch
• Data entry verification in the system Vs original documents
• Deviation approval
• Ensure loan card entry and minutes book update by ROs
• Monitoring the progress and financial status of existing loans
• Arrear & NPA follow up
• Disbursed center visits on frequent intervals

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 year experience in Micro finance
• Knowledge in Credit operations
