Zabbix Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

As a Zabbix Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our Redi-Direct monitoring program team.

• Good Knowledge on Monitoring tool - Zabbix
• Should be able to create monitors, alerts etc
• Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Zabbix Monitoring Tool
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java.
• Stay Up to date with latest Zabbix features
• Assist in the implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support of the Zabbix platform and solution offerings
