SDE-3: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end features, ensuring performance and scalability.

- Oversee feature development, ensuring delivery within stipulated timelines.

- Track team performance and mentor junior engineers.

- Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce best practices.

- Translate client requirements into technical implementations for universal and high-performance solutions.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in designing and delivering complex systems.

- Min 5+ years of experience

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Deep understanding of backend (Python/Flask) and frontend (Angular) technologies.

- Expertise in performance analysis, system design, and scalability.
