This Opportunity is only for Ranjangaon in Pune

• Responsible for store Material.
• Receipt system GRN for GGN knowledge in Stores management, GST, Materials planning, Monitor FIFO, JIT for sequence parts.
• Responsibility to look after the smooth receipts, issuance, documentation, stock takings & Warehouse management
• Managing stock accuracy of more than 99% through daily cycle counting, weekly "A" class parts stock taking, monthly stock taking & yearly external stock taking for GGN plant & Warehouse
• Responsible for Material Preservation in store
• Responsible for store Handling & Storage of shelf life items
• Responsible for Material Return to vendor (RTV) & Rejection Scrap Disposal Responsible for Finish good dispatch from Plant & warehouse
• Responsible for Customer return Process & system documentation Responsible for achieving and maintaining zero difference in stock
• Responsible for Production line Feeding (Material issuance from store) 3 shifts operations.
• Maintaining safety culture & proper 5S.
• Provide an orderly stock and correct stock count.
• Requests a number for new stock articles Perform stock counts Signal urgent orders and irregularities to the warehouse supervisor
• Check, receive and allocate incoming goods (using forklift when neede), including labelling, adjust stock parameters,
• Release purchase requests and price requests stocked items Create price requests and purchase requests for general R&M consumables and tools Handle external shipment of parts and tools, e.g. repairs, overhauls,
