• Check different drawings before commencement of work.

• Plan Labour material according to daily target given.

• Deploy manpower according to workload.

• Check Quality of work on Daily basis.

• Inspect Lab. Efficiency on daily basis.

• Control Wastage of labour material on daily basis.

• Complete checklist of different activities

• Provide Work completion certification to contractor.

• Check rectify layout levels of different works as per drawings.

• Implement the Safety measure as per standard.

• Implement housekeeping at site.
