Junior Marketplace Lead

We are looking for a Junior Marketplace Lead (Amazon PPC Specialist) to focus on advertising and performance marketing for Amazon and Flipkart. This role will involve executing PPC campaigns, optimizing ad performance, managing budgets, and improving ROAS. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and has a strong understanding of Amazon advertising.

• Amazon PPC Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP campaigns, and Flipkart ads to drive revenue growth.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency.
• Keyword Research & SEO: Identify high-performing keywords, negative keywords, and optimize product listings for organic ranking.
• Ad Budget Management: Track ad spend, analyze trends, and make real-time adjustments to maximize performance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketplace and content teams to improve overall listing performance and conversion rates.

• One to five years of experience in Amazon PPC and marketplace ads.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, bid strategies, and keyword research.
• Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Flipkart Ads is a plus.
• Passion for performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
