Job summary :
- At SuperProcure we are on the look out for an ambitious Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales. As a key player in our Enterprise Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to own your sales targets and showcase our innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Target ICP for the role : Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction Companies with turnover of Rs.500+crores to Rs.5,000crores in India.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer problems & needs. Identify & present the right matching SP product & solution.
- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Represent SuperProcure at industry conferences, events, and meetings to enhance brand positioning and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless communication with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education - Engineering Degree. MBA would be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales to enterprises, preferably SaaS Product.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Experience in selling complex solutions with a consultative sales approach. Deal size ranging from Rs.5lac to Rs.50lacs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a passion for success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in Logistics Tech/Startup Technology? Bonus points! Your knowledge adds that extra oomph to our dynamic team.
