Collect and document competitive intelligence.
Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements.
Contributing to the sales and messaging strategy improvements.
Monitoring news and developments relating to or impacting key customers or prospects.

Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Has 6-8 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or IT.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn/dive in where necessary.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Has a positive attitude and is willing to juggle multiple projects.
