Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the company s services.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and manage access control.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and conference rooms.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing company communications.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
  • Maintain visitor confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff and orienting them to the company.
  • Collect and distribute office supplies as needed.
  • Handle minor IT issues and direct technical problems to IT support.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
  • Participate in company events and promote a positive office culture.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk role or as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours as per company requirements.
  • Prior experience in a technology-focused environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or databases is desirable.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
