Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for achieving the branch target
2. Ensure resources are being used in an efficient manner
3. Coverage of all customers in their respective branch
4. Addition of new customers
5. Booking and closing of complaints for their customers in stipulated time
6. Creating leads for machinery
7. Supporting for collection of service pending payments
8. Supporting for NRD closing at mills
9. Provide weekly reports in stipulated time
10.Responsible for conducting Machinery Health Audits / Quick Audits and to submit the reports
11.Positive propaganada of machines performance across all customers
12.Curtailing order loss
13.Gathering of competitor activities
14.To submit monthly Forecast details
15.To maintain good attire during working hours
16.Proper Handling of tools & gadgets
17.Responding to customers call efficiently - Enquiry / Drg Nos / Complaint Resolution
18.Work collaboratively across teams - Marketing / Sales / Service
19.Ensuring of all orders are booked in time
Preferred candidate profile
Machinery Sales and Machinery Spares Sales engineer
Qualification : Diploma in Textile Technology/ B.Tech in Textile Technology
