Experience: 2-7 Years

Packing Operator

Job Description: Primary Packing Operator

• Operate the BQS primary packing blister line equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Monitor the blister line production process to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for any major repairs or technical issues that arise during production.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

B) Secondary Packing Operator

• Record the machine operation timing in logbook.
• Perform in process activity which include checking carton number, batch number, expiry date, manufacturing date, and MRP.
• Perform the cartoon coding online and offline activity.
• Any other activity assigned by the Management, in the interest of the organization.
