We are seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong proficiency in Storyline design projects within the Learning and Development department. The ideal candidate will have excellent visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create professional layouts and templates.

• Create visually appealing and professional layouts and templates for e-learning courses and training materials.
• Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance learning content and improve the overall user experience.

Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Google Docs, Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, templates, and interactive elements.

2. Visual and Creative Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Experience in designing e-learning content and working within a Learning and Development environment.

3. Previous experience or education in graphic design or a related field is preferred
