Advocate / Lawyer

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee all legal aspects of our real estate operations, including court cases, legal drafting, and agreements drafting.
2. Represent the company in court proceedings related to property disputes, contract disputes, and other legal matters.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and other agreements.
4. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on real estate transactions and issues.
5. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.
6. Collaborate with external legal counsel and consultants as needed.
7. Attend court meetings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of the company.
8. Assist with land acquisition processes, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
9. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and provide training to relevant team members as necessary.
10. Handle any other legal matters related to the company's real estate operations as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution; additional qualifications in real estate law or related field are preferred.
2. Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
