1. Refurbishment Sales Strategy Development and Execution

  • Sales Plan for Refurbished Equipment: Develop and implement a sales strategy specifically focused on the refurbishment of Siemens MRI, Cathlab, PET CT, and CT machines. This includes targeting healthcare facilities looking for cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Market Segmentation: Identify potential markets, such as small hospitals, clinics, or international markets, where refurbished equipment can be more viable due to budget constraints.
  • Positioning Refurbished Equipment: Work on positioning refurbished Siemens equipment as a cost-effective alternative to new machines while emphasizing the same performance, reliability, and warranty terms.

2. Client Relationship Management in Refurbishment

  • Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of refurbished equipment, including cost savings, fast availability, and warranty options, while also addressing concerns around performance, lifespan, and serviceability.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Identify potential leads for refurbished medical equipment and manage the sales pipeline, focusing on the unique needs of customers interested in refurbished products.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose between new and refurbished equipment based on their budget and operational requirements.
  • Post-Sales Support: Ensure that after the sale, customers receive all necessary support, from installation to ongoing maintenance of the refurbished machines.

3. Refurbishment Process Knowledge and Communication

  • Product Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge of the refurbishment process for Siemens MRI, Cathlab, PET CT, and CT machines, including the types of repairs, upgrades, and modifications made to ensure the equipment meets regulatory standards and Siemens performance specifications.
  • Collaboration with Refurbishment Team: Work closely with the refurbishment team (engineers, technicians, and service teams) to understand the technical aspects of the machines and ensure all sales promises are feasible and achievable.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that refurbished products meet quality standards and compliance requirements, including relevant health and safety regulations.

4. Sales Team Leadership and Development

  • Training on Refurbished Products: Train sales team members on the unique selling points of refurbished Siemens MRI, Cathlab, PET CT, and CT machines, ensuring they can confidently address customer questions and objections.
  • Motivation and Support: Support and motivate the sales team to achieve refurbishment sales targets while ensuring they understand the technical nuances of refurbished products.
