- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching International prospects and generating leads
- Contacting potential and existing International customers on the phone, by email, and on Video Calls
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

- Building and maintaining a CRM database

- Must have 3 to 4 years experience in Exports of Packaging material and preferably in Exports of Technical Laminates

- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of EXIM trade process & policies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Target oriented will be added advantage
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
