Legal Officer - (Law Graduates & Practicing advocates Can apply)

We are looking for Legal Officers position for Rajahmundry with hands on experience of 3 to 5 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting and vetting necessary legal documents required for arbitration.
• Following up legal case proceedings and providing adequate support in finding legal risks
• Handling Legal Documentation, Litigation work , agreement and contracts
• Preparing and maintaining MIS Legal reports and other periodical reports with respect to ongoing legal cases
• Recovering bad debts from default customers and ensuring that necessary action is taken against fraudulent customer
• Executing all Arbitration Awards passed against the default customers and recovering their dues

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience (even practice) are preferred.
