Job Description
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on SaaS solutions for the BFSI or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of SaaS architectures and experience working with cloud platforms.
- Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A passion for innovation, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with design, development, and deployment of AI models using various LLM architectures.
- Design and implement RAG-based applications to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of AI-driven responses by integrating external knowledge sources.
- Experience in the end-to-end development of machine learning models using AWS SageMaker.
- Design and implement MLOps practices to automate the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of machine learning models.
