Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Accounting & Data Entry:
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounts in Tally and in house ERP software.
• Enter and reconcile due collection payments in the system.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and transaction monitoring.
• Entry in CIBIL and other CIC information companies.

• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain loan files, KYC records, and financial documents.
• Ensure proper filing and safe storage of customer agreements and contracts.
• Support in compliance requirements.

• Administrative Support:
• Coordinate with the field team for collections and follow-ups.
• Assist in office administration, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Handle correspondence and communication with customers and vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Intermediate Any relevant degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: 2-6 years in accounting, data entry, or administrative roles (NBFC/Finance sector preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Accounting software.
• Good understanding of loan documentation & financial transactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
