Job Description
The overall aim of this role is to carry out the following:
- Maintain excellent customer service in the pre-selling and post-selling phases.
- Preparing proposal documents, tenders and other forms of communication necessary to
engage with the customer.
- Grow the number of clients and increase the companys turnover.
- Growing the number of Channel Partners and ensuring continuing relationships with them.
- Gain insights from customers regarding expected and desired product or service attributes
and communicating those effectively to the Business Operations and Administrative Teams.
- Understanding the technical specifications and features of the products. Keeping abreast with the latest developments in the field by attending conferences, exhibitions, online research and reading research publications.
- Working on other channels of marketing such as online, exhibitions, conferences, networking sessions etc.
- Reporting status with Sales Manager through on a periodic basis in specified format.
- Facilitating activities of the Marketing Team, Business Operations Team, Administrative staff and Channel Partners so as to ensure smooth delivery of product and service to the customer.
- Working closely with the Business Operations Team to ensure successful negotiation of
contractual terms and handover to the Business Operations team for post contractual project administration.
- Client Relationship Management may occasionally be required to post contract signature for
more complex/sensitive opportunities ensuring that they are completed on time and within
budget.

- Education: Diploma/Engineer graduates- Electricals / Mechanical / Electronics / Civil
- Experience: 2 years and above in Solar
