Qualification: B. Pharm/B. Sc. + MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Sales Training, 5 years of Man Management Experience, 10 to 12 Years of Pharma Industry ( Sales Management)

Industry Preference: Pharma only

Job Location: Mahakali Office, Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary:

• To design, deliver and measure Sales Training for allotted Business Divisions (India Business)

Responsibilities:

• To design and deliver following Sales Training Programs;
• Pravesh (Sales Executive Induction Program)
• Basic Training Programs (Diseases / Product / Selling Skills Training)
• Refresher Training programs (technical and soft skills training for existing sales staff of allotted divisions)
• Manager Induction programs
• E learning programs
• To conduct / impart on the job training through joint field work
• To prepare Case studies and product / medical test papers for CPP
• Update and create training material on ongoing basis
• To conduct TNA to ascertain training needs
• Networking with stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly with Business to ensure effectiveness of training inputs.
