Job Profile

• Preparation of IMS, SOP, GMP, QMS, Etc., Documents and review status.
• Monitoring of all warehouse activities (Like Receipt, Storage, Dispensing, Housekeeping, etc.,) and review status.
• Daily work distribution of employee as well as contract labour and monitor the status.
• Monitor and review all warehouse activity records (Like Temperature relative humidity record, controlled room temperature record and data logger records, Usage Logs, Balance Verifications record, etc.,) as per SOP.
• Monitor and ensure the all warehouses readiness all time as per GMP and SOP.
• To ensure safety use of required personal protective equipment during day to day activities.
• Maintain records of Legal and statutory compliance and review.
• Co-Ordinate with production for Sales Return Product lying in stock.
