Wiring Harness Designer

Job Purpose :

Wiring Harness designer required to develop the wiring harness for mQIS Gen2 and 6Ds, Integrated 1/2/3 Dock kits, DIU3 etc. projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Have Operational responsibility for Routing the Harness, Bundle Harness and Schematics preparations.
• Should be able to work individually and/or with a small team actively to secure the deliverables.
• Frequent interactions with Leads, clarify the requirements and deliver accordingly.
• Develop and implement wiring installation projects within the area of assignment including related routing and clipping solutions.
• Ensures design correctness and completeness for all PE & wiring installation releases within the area of responsibility.
• Expert in documents like SOR, SOP, Installation guidelines etc.

Experience and Skills :

• 5~7 years of Automotive experience preferably in the EV - Charging stations.
• Proficient knowledge in Electrical Architecture and Schematics.
• Hands-on experience on CAD tools like Creo cabling, Creo schematic, Windchill PLM, AUTO CAD.
• Strong in Engineering fundamentals and excellent knowledge of electrical components.
• Should be fluent in Verbal and written communication.
• Expert MS Office MS Word & MS Excel
