Data Admin/Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Implement and enforce data management protocols and standards.

• Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across departments.

• Present data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format.

• Translate complex data into insights that drive strategic decisions.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.

• Develop and implement an efficient filing system that adheres to data retention policies.

• Ensure all documents are correctly labeled and up to date.

• Accurately fill out forms, records, and required documentation.

• Verify data accuracy and completeness before system entry.

• Regularly update and maintain current and accurate records.

• Draft comprehensive reports, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.

• Present complex ideas and information in a clear, professional manner.

• Train and support team members on tools and best practices.

• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to draft reports and present ideas clearly.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Admin/Analyst or similar role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Adobe).

• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional and efficient manner.
