This role will allow you to demonstrate your mastery of UX and your capability of leading a team of UX professionals. Your main goals will be to maximize and measure the weight of UX contributions, keep management and project stakeholders informed of progress, and be a trusted contact to communicate product advancements on a higher level.
In your role you will:
Manage UX work on a suite of products, including resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Ensure UX efforts are properly planned and delivered in alignment with the product development cycles.
Oversee, organize, and contribute to relevant user research activities.
Translate user research findings into insights and design improvement recommendations.
Measure the impact of UX design and research efforts, ensuring the execution meets group standards.
Mentor junior UX colleagues and incoming/onboarding team members.
Contribute to the existing design system and ensure that designs are consistent with it.
Contribute to UX strategy, the broader vision of product direction, and brand.
We expect you to have:
A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving.
12+ years of professional experience
Experience in designing complex enterprise software products for different platforms in B2B environment.
Extensive experience in UX/product or service design field and an eye for detail.
Proven track of successful UX Leadership and team management on a complex project with multiple product teams.
Ability to communicate design rationale to the diverse audience of engineering and business stakeholders.
Skills for interpreting detailed software engineering concepts and being able to design within known limitations.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Hands-on experience in formative and summative user research.
Excellent command of Figma.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Additional points for:
Familiarity with infrastructure field, specifically reality data capture workflows.
Prior exposure to 3D/CAD.
Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field.
