Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.

- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver scalable solutions.

- Application Optimization : Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

- Code Quality : Ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and following best practices.

- Troubleshoot & Debug : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in existing applications.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and frameworks, and continuously enhance your technical skills.

- Documentation : Prepare and maintain technical documentation for future maintenance and upgrades.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Java Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
