As a Client Executive you will help lead the charge growing our business! Your main objective will be to grow our revenue by identifying and leading growth initiatives within existing Enterprise accounts. This goal entails:
Serve as the overall executive relationship manager for the account and be responsible for expansion and retention of existing customer revenue
Build, cultivate and leverage relationships in your targeted accounts to drive and uncover growth opportunities in the western region of the USA
Responsible for meeting regularly with C-Suite (including ongoing Executive Briefings) to align with strategy and goals of the customer and articulate Suki s vision
Establish additional relationships across the customer specifically with key clinical/IT stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to identify strategies and execute on expanding to new Suki users within the customers.
Lead the customer value strategy developing compelling business cases and ROI justification for expansion of Suki.
As part of your account strategy you will work closely with Marketing on campaigns to target new users within Enterprise accounts along with Customer Success.
Maintain accurate account notes and forecast in SFDC.

*This role has a heavy travel component and will require you to be in front of customers between 25% and 75% per month.
Qualifications*
5+ years selling (farming) complex Healthcare SAAS in large Enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to grow business with existing accounts
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration and understanding of SaaS solutions.
