CANDIDATE PROFILE-

• Technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/ZWCAD software for 2D and 3D modeling, and knowledge of technical drafting principles and standards
• Attention to detail: Ability to create accurate technical drawings that meet specifications
• Communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals
• Education: Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 1+ years of demonstrable experience as an AutoCAD drafter
• Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the latest construction and manufacturing processes globally, and building codes and regulations
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities

Role & responsibilities

• Creating drawings: Using software like AutoCAD 2D/ZWCAD to create technical drawings, drafts, and models of plumbing AND FIRE FIGHTING projects
• Setting up templates: Creating templates for drawings
• Working on projects: Working on projects related to fire protection systems, HVAC, FIRE FIGHTING, PLUMBING,GFC, and STP

Plumbing draftsmen may work in design consulting firms or other companies. They typically work at a desk, and their hours may vary by organization. • Reviewing and revising Checking drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards, and making revisions as needed
• Documenting Writing technical documents such as material lists and cost estimates, and maintaining project documentation
