Key Responsibilities:

- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments

- Ensure timely collections and resolve billing issues

- Provide excellent customer service while addressing client queries

- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth processes

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or customer service is a plus

- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in using MS Office and related software
