IIB Developer

Work along with a team of developers expanding functionality with a new application
Ultimately be responsible for code deployment schedule and quality of code
Perform story grooming and vetting
Create technical specifications for the team to use
Architect (or at least evaluate) solutions, as needed
Provide feedback to Product Management about potential solutions.
Build feature sets, reorganize existing code, and perform code modifications
Analyze business requirements for solution compatibility and execute integration strategies.
Create and implement unit test scenarios and end-to-end testing.
Design overall solution design in accordance with relevant documents provided.
Support QA, UAT, PT & deployment
Provide technical support post-deployment

Preferred candidate profile

College or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Business Administration or another relevant field is desired.

3+ years' experience working with IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

3+ years' experience using database concepts and the relational model (Db2 and SQL) is mandatory.

Must be a hands-on manager who supports the entire team.Ability to manage multiple projects.

Exceptional communication skills and strong time management skills.

Ability to think critically and act logically to evaluate situations and employ steps to ensure success.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
