Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff, ensuring effective patient care and adherence to hospital policies.
  
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in various departments such as ICCU, NICU, Pediatrics, Midwifery, Emergency, and ICU.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain accurate records of patient data.
