Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the operations and performance of branches within the Hajipur cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Conduct regular branch audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks to maintain high operational standards.

- Collaborate with branch managers to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to achieve business targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
