Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Oracle Sales CX Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Sales solutions. As the Oracle Sales CX Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, effective, and high-performance sales solutions. Your primary focus will be on implementing Oracle Sales Cloud and related CX technologies to optimize sales operations, drive efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle CX Sales solutions, ensuring that they align with both business needs and technical requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales processes and requirements and map them to Oracle Sales Cloud solutions.
Guide clients and internal teams in the best practices for implementing Oracle Sales Cloud, from initial planning through to production deployment.
Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle CX Sales Cloud capabilities, integration, and configuration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Oracle Sales solution integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems (e.g., marketing, service, and finance systems).
Design and oversee the implementation of data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Sales Cloud.
Define and implement security, compliance, and governance standards for Oracle Sales Cloud solutions.
Lead solution architecture workshops, working directly with both technical and business teams to define solution requirements and scope.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture designs, configuration guides, and project plans.
Provide troubleshooting and support during all phases of the project, including post-deployment, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any technical challenges.
Stay updated on Oracle CX Sales product developments and trends, leveraging new features to improve solution offerings and drive business value.
Mentor junior architects and development teams, providing guidance on best practices for Oracle Sales Cloud implementations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Advanced degree or certifications in Oracle CX Sales or related fields preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Oracle Sales Cloud and other Oracle CX solutions.
Proven experience in implementing and integrating Oracle Sales Cloud (part of Oracle CX Cloud) in large enterprises.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and the ability to translate them into system configurations and customizations.
Expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud capabilities, including Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, Territory Management, and Sales Analytics.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Oracle CX Sales Cloud suite and related Oracle CX applications.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud configuration, data migration, and integration (including APIs, web services, and middleware tools like Oracle Integration Cloud).
Knowledge of cloud technologies, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), security models, and best practices in cloud architecture.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational database systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
Certifications:
Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion on time and within scope.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead workshops and design sessions effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Oracle CX integrations with third-party applications.
Familiarity with business process modeling and sales performance metrics.
Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in sales organizations.
