Hiring Accounts Payable Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide support in the Payment process, Invoice process
• Purchase document verification and enter it into the accounting software
• Handling daily posting of AP invoices into an accounting system
• Have Good Knowledge of Accounting Entries related to TDS and GST
• Have Good Knowledge of GST and TDS Rules or Provisions
• Ensuring complete statutory compliance for all vendors to fulfill necessary statutory requirements like TDS and GDT Provisions
• Knowledge of SAP will be a Good Advantage
• Have good experience in GR/IR
• Ensure to meet daily targets and deliverables

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Should have a Strong hand in Journal Entries
• Should possess good communication skills
• Should have min 1-3 years of Exp
• B.Com graduate/M.com graduate preferred
• Have Good Knowledge of TDS and GST Provisions and Accounting Entries
• Should have expertise in MS Excel
• Should have Adaptability skills and managing skills of workload
• Immediate joining required
