Position Overview

Overall, an art teacher plays a crucial role in fostering creativity and appreciation for the arts in students, helping them develop both artistic skills and critical thinking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's / Masters degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Essential Experience (3-4 years in primary classes in a recognized institution with CBSE Curriculum) and working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of art history, various art techniques, and contemporary art practices.
• Skills: Strong artistic skills, creativity, effective communication, classroom management, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and innovation in teaching methods.
• Patience and understanding when working with young learners.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong organizational skills.
