Job Description
The contractor will be expected to work during Study.coms Pacific Time business hours Monday - Friday. Additionally, they will need to use their own computer and have reliable access to high-speed internet.
What Youll Do:
- Support the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials
- Onboard and support a team of SMEs and test prep content developers
- Consider and incorporate learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content
- Manage exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exam
- Deeply understand test content and strategy to ensure quality of materials
- Use AI and other technology in innovative ways to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development
- Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers
- Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality
- Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to team lead proactively
What Youll Bring to the Role:
- 2-3 years working in test prep content development, preferably US tests
- Experience working in complex content management systems
