Responsibilities & Duties: Principle responsibility of candidate is Business Development. It includes the following tasks : Lead generation: Targeting commercial real estate industry which include real estate consultants, international property consultants, developers-builders and project managers in a MNC. Targeting top level management responsible for company s expansion. Project managers who play an important role in shortlisting of properties (Commercial office premises). Expert in online lead generation. Initiating dialogue by calling, taking up appointment and giving profile presentation Doing follow-ups at regular intervals via calls, messages, emails etc.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate. Knowledge in the feild of Interior designing (Corporate offices). Good command in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages. Well versed with MS Office
