Student Relationship Officer

Experience Required : Detailed knowledge of Govt. exams (WBCS, IAS etc)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the student help/ issues over calls, chat,& email
• Grievance Handling/ query handling based on the academics and curriculum
• Taking feedback from the Students
• Handling Escalations and Cancellation of students, working towards retention
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
• Handling students complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Responsible to revert on mails and Requests based on the program
