- Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
- Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to understand their needs and pitch the Virohan business model effectively.
- Answer queries from prospective customers and provide relevant information through email or other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads, build rapport, and nurture relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by successfully closing deals.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and the sales manager for further discussions and closure.
- Maintain and expand the lead database across different regions in India, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key insights to the management team.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve outreach strategies and optimize the sales approach.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development (preferably in the education or Insurance sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
