Full Stack Developer (PHP & Python)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team, focusing on PHP and Python development. The ideal candidate will deliver secure, scalable web applications while maintaining high standards for user experience and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Architecture:

- Contribute to the architecture and development of full-stack solutions, including web applications, APIs, and data processing workflows

- Drive technical implementation of features from conception through to deployment

- Enhance performance and scale applications for evolving business demands

- Transform and modernize existing codebases to meet current standards

Security & Best Practices:

- Champion secure coding standards and robust authentication systems

- Implement comprehensive security measures aligned with industry best practices

- Establish and maintain data privacy protection protocols

- Create clear, maintainable technical documentation for knowledge sharing

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with other developers through code reviews and pair programming

- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Shape technical architecture decisions with well-researched recommendations

- Resolve complex technical challenges with innovative, scalable solutions

Technical Requirements:

Backend Development:

- Professional experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel/Symfony) in production environments

- Python proficiency for building data processing pipelines and automation systems

- Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs

- Advanced knowledge of database design patterns and performance optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Frontend Development:

- Modern JavaScript and frameworks (Vue.js - preferred /React)

- Expertise in responsive design and UI/UX best practices

- Understanding of web accessibility standards

- Frontend performance optimization

Infrastructure & Deployment:

- Docker containerization and Bitbucket Pipelines

- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Version control with Git and Bitbucket

- Caching solutions and performance optimization

Security & Authentication:

- Implementation of secure authentication systems

- Protection against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities

- Secure API design and data handling

- Experience with SSO and OAuth2

Core Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of professional PHP development experience in a commercial environment

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

- Demonstrated experience with containerized application deployments

- Proven track record of delivering secure web applications at scale
