Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant/ Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the SaaS, Non-profit, or Retail any industries, as well as hands-on experience in Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and US Localization. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions that streamline business processes, improve financial management, and ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will take a leadership position in designing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients across various industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, particularly in finance and accounting workflows such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger. You will lead the design and customization of Business Central applications to ensure they meet these needs while complying with US localization standards, including tax calculations and reporting requirements.

A significant portion of your role will involve the implementation of the solution. This includes overseeing the deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and customizing features such as workflows, financial reports, and dashboards. You will also ensure that the solution aligns with the clients operational goals and addresses the specific challenges faced by industries like SaaS, Non-profit, and Retail.

As a Solution Architect, you will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in configuring and customizing the solution to suit industry-specific needs. You should have strong expertise in Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the overall Financial Management capabilities within Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your knowledge of US localization standards, such as tax reporting and compliance with local regulations, will be essential in ensuring that the solution meets both legal and financial reporting requirements.

In addition to technical expertise, you must possess a solid understanding of business processes in the SaaS, Non-profit, and Retail industries. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications will be key in designing solutions that address the unique challenges of these sectors. You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an ability to manage complex integrations, and a deep understanding of how to architect solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

Experience leading implementation teams and managing large-scale projects is critical. As a Solution Architect, you will be expected to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align the solution with their strategic business goals. You will also work closely with senior leadership to define the overall technology roadmap for the organization.

A background in project management, familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, and relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect would be highly advantageous.
