Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making across various functions within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data-driven insights, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Conduct detailed analysis of complex data sets, identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

- Translate data findings into clear and actionable insights for management and key stakeholders.

- Automate reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Business Strategy & Insights:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, understand operational challenges, and deliver strategic recommendations based on analysis.

- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, product development, marketing, sales, and operational improvements.

- Develop predictive models and conduct scenario analyses to guide business decisions and risk assessments.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform decision-making.

Financial & Budget Analysis:

- Analyze financial performance and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and areas for financial improvement.

- Support financial reporting and provide insights on variances between actual performance and budget forecasts.

Project Management & Process Improvement:

- Support project management teams with data analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking.

- Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance business efficiency and productivity.

- Track and report progress on key projects and initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are met on time.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and meetings.

- Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics, offering guidance and recommendations for analytical best practices across the organization.

Trend Identification & Forecasting:

- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in data to provide proactive recommendations to leadership.

- Use statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future outcomes and inform business strategy.

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and industry-specific developments.

- Continuously improve analysis methods and reporting processes to enhance the value provided to the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, R, Python, or other data visualization tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Ability to work with large, complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key trends and actionable insights.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to track progress and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms (e.g, Salesforce) is a plus
