Document Review Analyst I (Healthcare/Pharma Reports)

Role & responsibilities

• Conducting quality checks of projects executed by other team members (Business Analysts)
• Understanding the scope and project-specific requirements to customize deliverables per specifics
• Ensuring all documents are free of errors in language, grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Ensuring the document adheres to a specific template and all relevant checks in terms of format and style are done
• Checking content for clarity and brevity
• Ability to do secondary research to gather information from reliable sources ensuring data or content relevance and accuracy
• Ability to check for logic, flow, structure, and consistency within a specified framework ensuring overall readability of content
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills for data or content accuracy
• Ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as scientific or medical content editor or reviewer) in Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotech/Healthcare/Publishing industry is mandatory
• Knowledge/skills in MS Office tools, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must Functional Requirement
• Excellent command over English language (US English preferred) with good writing skills and effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
