Big Data - Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development efforts for various products/features, which may involve multiple teams.
Eager to learn new technologies and implement them as required.
Contribute to design efforts, perform POCs as needed, and develop data platform offerings.
Engineer and implement scalable analytics solutions on AWS.

Qualifications:
Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in computers, IT, or electronics from a reputed college.
58 years of experience in software development, including developing distributed systems using big data technologies.
58 years of experience developing applications using Core Java. (Scala experience is a plus).
3+ years of experience with Big Data technologies, including real-time data processing applications and ETL jobs for batch processing.
Experience working with AWS cloud services.
Strong experience with Apache Kafka and Confluent Kafka.
Hands-on experience with microservices applications using Kafka Streams and Spark Streaming.
Hands-on experience with batch processing systems using Spark Batch.
Experience with deployment platforms like Kubernetes.
Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases, including Cassandra and MySQL.
Good to have experience with monitoring toolkits like Prometheus and Grafana.
Good to have experience with logging mechanisms using EFK.
Proficiency in DevOps tools and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Chef, Puppet, GitHub).
Strong knowledge in general programming, algorithms, and data structures.

Required Skills:
Strong in Spark, Kafka, Kafka Streams, Spark Streaming, MySQL, Cassandra, AWS, Kubernetes, Java, and Algorithms & Data Structures.
